How to work on trail - Watch now!

What do I do if a trail boss is not here?
  • ONLY work on trails that are blown off and trimmed.
  • Scrape away top 2-3 in he's of black soil until you get down to the light brown soil.
  • Cut back roots and small saplings with loppers (clippers)
  • Fill any holes in the trail with red/brown dirt
  • All of the trails have been pre-signed and marked with color coded spray paint. DO NOT BUILD YOUR OWN TRAIL.
  • NEVER USE A CHAINSAW ALONE
  • Please fill in your name/volunteer hours for our records and grant opportunities  (See yellow notebook)
  • Questions regarding trail work? Please contact our Primary Trail Dig Coordinator,  Mark Smith.
